Accessibility
To minimize barriers and ensure equal access, please follow the below guidelines for event promotion materials. Additional accessibility recommendations can be found on the Student Ability Success Center (SASC) website.
On event flyers, include the statement: “If you require any disability/accessibility accommodations for this event, please contact [host's email address].”
On RSVP forms, include the statement: “Do you require any disability/accessibility accommodations that would allow you to fully participate in this event? If so, please explain.”
Event Signage for Multimedia Filming
If there is a public event where you will be filming video, audio and/or photography for use on any media channel, please post signage to make the audience aware.
