Strategic Communications and Public Affairs along with many other departments at SDSU use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), a centralized email automation tool that allows you to communicate efficiently through email with your college or department’s constituents. The centralization of email communications allows the voice, branding and mission of SDSU to be consistent throughout each department and campus. 

The StratComm Digital Services Team (DigiTeam) offers support, consultation and frequent trainings to introduce new users to the system and demonstrate how SFMC can best be used to meet your communications needs. Our goal is to advise and train our partners to be able to execute their own email marketing out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Note: This page is available for internal access only).
